Hope this link help you:
HP ProLiant ML350 G5 Server series- Download drivers and software - HP Business Support Center

you must download efs supplements and create boot disk, the string must be something like:

defbootstr link=hpsas hd=Sdsk Sdsk=hpsas(0,0,0,0) Srom=wd(0,0,0)

this servers doesn't include floppy isk, you should put one on them, any other way will be difficult to boot it, hope this helps you, good luck

thank u it works.
but after installing unix i found a typical problem in dvd rom.
1.it reads original cd or dvd(sco or any company shipment) very finely.
2.but it gives error while reading some burnt cd's like data cd.the problem is it takes everything in caps but i haven't find any problem while reading sco or any pre burnt cd which is shipped from company.
3.another thing i observed is,it is giving error while mounting dvd rom it is just shows like srom and it gives details of dvd rom.
4.even i have changed dvd rom.but it is giving same problem.

I think that version of SCO doesn't support dvd units, it's great that the drivers help you.
