unix installation problem

hi,
im tring installaing sco unix 5.05 in my pc but it is showing an
"memory error loading kernel fd(64)unix.text
loading ram disk image fd(64)rootfs"

can anybody tell me how to solve this problem.
my system configuration is 3.2ghz processor,1gb ram,d101ggc mother board

sco 5.0.5

try the following.

at the boot promt try the following.
boot:mem=1m-16m,16m-1024m/s

this would work.


Are you trying to install dual boot ie one disk and two OS WinXp,Sco5.0.5 let me know.
