Lightbulb How to mount MO drive?

Hello,
I have a PC with SCO operating system with a graphical program that access MO drive to write some log data. This program automatically format and write data on MO disck. MO drive was working good before but now when i try to write data, MO drive starts to be busy but after some minutes i get a fault :
Code:
"MOD can not be partitioned".

User manual of the program says in this case i should use another MOD, i tried to use 10 MODs and nothing changed.
I have little information about SCO. I need to mount and write a MOD in MO drive to check health of MO drive.
How can i do this? any idea?
Thank you.

Can you read a disk?
What is the make and model of the drive and the cartridges?
Can you post the contents of /usr/adm/messages since the last system boot?

Are there any messages in /usr/adm/messages prior to the first line that shows in the portion that you posted (in other words from yesterday.)
The system sees the device as a cdrom. You can check in /etc/conf/cf.d/mscsi for the name, or run mkdev cdrom..
It is my opinion that the drive has failed. Fortunately, they seem to be readily available, both new and refurbished.

Hi,
I removed MO drive and it's adapter then i install it on windows xp by using ASPI solution that i found here.
Now Mo drive is added in My computer window as Optical drive. I can eject a MOD from it but when trying to open media, this error happened:
"the request could not performed because i/o device error."
Is it possible that i need to configure SCSI adapter or some thing like that?
Thank you

Your drive is damaged. Send it out to be repaired, or replace it. You don't know if you are also damaging the disks by continually trying to read them.

The MO Drive does not involved with MOD. When i insert a MOD, MO drive begins to involve for 30s but after that there is no action even when i click on drive letter just "the request could not performed because i/o device error." message happens.
Are you insist yet that MO drive is damaged and there is no other way?
Thank you
