Did Man Really Walk on the Moon??

There has been a lot in the press lately about the possibility that NASA faked the entire moonwalk. What do think about all the conspiracy theories that Man did not land on the moon in 1969?

if they don't land on the moon, why are the laser mirrors (to measure the distance from earth to moon) work? but we will only know for sure if another team goes to the moon and find the pieces from the 1969 missons. there should be a car and moonlanders back there .

The conspiracy theories that NASA faked the moon landings are a boon to mankind. They sucked the knuckleheads right out of the Flat Earth Society and put it out of business. It's been a long time since I've heard someone who believed that the Earth is flat. Progress! I'll take what I can get.

Hah! Never thought of it that way. But its hard to believe in a flat earth when you've seen pictures taken from the moon.

These deniers have also forgotten that a hostile superpower with space technology was trying to beat the US to the moon. The USSR would have denounced a fake landing immediately and verbosely. I blame television for the recent popularity of this garbage. There's no accountability even in news these days, a mere "science program" is held to almost no standards.

I'll go along with the consensus here, and add that there were far too many people involved to pull off the deception without someone spilling the beans.

Precisely.

Modern day media is completely out-of-control. The media will publish the grotesque, the disgusting, the horrible, the absurb, the sickening, the controvery, conspiracy, the fighting, the emotional battles, and the hatred because that is what the masses seem to thrive on, that in turn, drives up ratings and revenue.

Unfortunately, it will get worse before it gets better, if it ever does get better

The "beast" is personal and corporate greed, the unsatiable greed that destroys and consumes all living matter (disgusting).

I would go with Neo I think. Here in the UK everything can call itself Newspaper what is daily released - and some of these releases are in my opinion not even worth wrapping fish and chips in it ... but what was the saying - sex sells? Apparently trash sells, too.

If you don't know what I mean - have a look here or here ... people flooded with publications like this every day believe everything - if it's printed anywhere ...

Many people are confused when I tell them I don't read newspapers or when I tell them I do not even own a TV ... but if this is really meant to be information, I am happy to miss it ...
