Have you purchased a UEK subscription through Oracle? You only need UEK if you're planning on using ASM or OCFS2.

no we did not buy UEK subscription through Oracle.

neither we are planning to use ASM or OCFS2.

it means we dont need kernel-uek-headers-2.6.32-100.28.5.el6.x86_64 ??

this package is installed.
rpm -qa --queryformat "%{NAME}-%{VERSION}.%{RELEASE} (%{ARCH})\n" | grep kernel-header

kernel-headers-2.6.32.131.0.15.el6 (x86_64)
