How to remove a special char using sed
consider this is my sample file format.
in this i want to remove ^@ with space .
please help me in this problm

The "^@" you see (in vi?) may be just the null byte. In that case you can do

tr '\0' ' ' < file

You may need the xpg's version of tr if you are on solaris.
