finding my posts
can you please advise how can I find my posts/answers. is there some kind of search that will allow you to "find all posts by this user"

You can click on your name in this post to get a drop-down menu that lists the exact option that you want. Alternatively, you can search for a user, go to his/her public profile and click on the link that does this. It is quite clearly marked. You won't miss it.
