My first thought was to tell you to forget it. The site owner, Neo, dislikes ads so intensely that he prefers to fund the site from his own pocket rather than allow ads to appear. But according to our rules:
(7) No job postings from headhunters or recruiters in technical forums. The thing is, we have a relatively new forum, What's on Your Mind? which, by definition, is not a technical forum. It may be legal to post job openings there. Neo, we really need a ruling from you on this. But note that the rules also state: (10) Don't post your email address and ask for an email reply. The forums are for the benefit of all, so all Q&A should take place in the forums. I will edit your post to remove your email address. If Neo decides that job postings are legal, you will need another way to establish contact. Since you can have a link to your web page in your profile, you could ask folks to see your profile and visit your page. Another way might be to request a Private Message using our PM facility. But bear in mind that we need a ruling from Neo on this since it is his site. He has always taken a dim view of ads in any form. So he might just amend the rules. (Rule 7 was written before we had a non-technical forum.) |
