problems logging in

Hello all,
I had created another log in id gb3 with a different email id. I did not receive the activation mail. When I requested for password, a reset password link was sent but again, I was unable to log in with the id "gb3".
Finally i made a new registration with another user id,i.e. gb93 and a different email id. But i want to use the other email id. It is ok to use the current log in but I want to change the email id.
Whenever I put in the old email id, a message appears that the email-id already exists in the database.
can the administrators help me by deleting the gb3 id so that I can use the other email id?
regards,
GB
