Special interest Forums
Neo, i noticed that you have created a solaris forum, which i think is a good idea. i have an idea to extend upon this concept.
right next to the solaris forum, there would be an HP-UX forum, an AIX forum, a Linux forum and so on. members could post their platform specific posts in the corresponding forum, but i would imagine that this would also be more for moderators. any new posts that the mods see in ... for dummies and ... for advanced users that are linux, or HPUX or etc.. would be moved there. this would make the boards extremely more navigable, IMO. however i do understand that this would absolutely entail more work for the mods, so of course in the end it all depends on what you decide and what the other mods' suggestions and ideas on this are. anyway, just thought that id put out that idea to see what you guys think. |
