cellname Name of the cell which height is needed DESCRIPTION
HEIGHT looks for the figure called cellname on memory, and then on disk. When found, the figure abutment box height is calculated, and returned. RETURN VALUE
HEIGHT returns a long int beeing the cell abutment box height. EXAMPLE

Shopt -s histappend

What is the point of this? Whenever I close my shell it appends to the history file without adding this. I have never seen it overwrite my history file. # When the shell exits, append to the history file instead of overwriting it shopt -s histappend (3 Replies)
