The delrdsfigrec function deletes a rectangle object (which is composed of the rdsrec_list structure and an eventually added structure) from a figure. RETURN VALUE
1 => The rectangle has been deleted. 0 => The rectangle doesn't exist. ERRORS

This function deletes the figure called 'Name' from the list of figures in memory. All objets (instances and rectangles) contained in this figure are deleted and freed. NOTE : The figure is identified by its name. RETURN VALUE
