It is the Trend Micro generic detection for script files that attempt to download possibly malicious files. It may arrive with another malware component.

It checks if an existing element named JSSS is present and creates an element of the same name if it does not exist. However, it could not perform its downloading routine without a main malicious component, which may contain the download URL.
