This exploit may be downloaded unknowingly by a user when visiting malicious Web site(s). This is the Trend Micro detection for script files that exploit a known vulneribility in MHTML protocol handler which allows for remote code execution.
More information on the vulnerability can be found in the following Web page:

It also attempts to download from a certain Web site. As of this writing, however, the said site is inaccessible.
