I had similar issues on Fedora 8, evolution with exchange-data-server enabled (I'm connecting to Exchange server), but after I've upgraded to version 2.12.3, I don't experience the issue. Before the upgrade, I was using File -> Forget Passwords, make sure to kill all evolution related processes, and when it restarts, entering the password once again seemed to resolved the issue. HTH.
