Hello

I create a user on my red hat enterprise3 box.

But when i try to log in with this user the screen goes of (disappear). and my session end (i type my login and password and when Im finished this last thing the session goes off.

Do you know why is this and how can keep my session on.

I log in with root account and change the user password.

and I try to log in again but the same thing the session goes off when I type enter after type the user password.

What do you mean by "screen goes off"? Can you login to a non-graphical console session? Do you get anything in $HOME/.xsession-errors or the X server's error logs?
