manty times try to log on

Hello


I need to log in with my user on a server (red hat) but Its locked for many times to try to log on.

The command is passwd but I need the parameter to reset the times for log on.

I cant to try with the different parameters because its a production server.

I hope you can help me

Have you tried reading the man page for passwd?

For unlocking an account use: faillog -u <user> -r
