Exporting display from a Solaris server to my Linux laptop

Hi all

I've installed a Linux distro for use on my laptop for the first time (Used to run Windows XP). We have a Solaris 10 server running Nebackup 7 and I used to view the GUI of that application on XP using the Reflection X software. Now that I'm running Linux I have no idea how to get that GUI to appear on my laptop. I'm using Linux Mint release 9 (isodora).
Can you please help me?

Try:

On Solaris: DISPLAY=<laptop IP Addrress>:0.0
eg; DISPLAY=192.168.0.1:0.0;export DISPLAY

Check Variable to make sure:
echo $DISPLAY

on laptop:
xhost +

then start the app on your solaris box

I've tried that before but it's not working

Check the output from the solaris machine after I start the app;

root@sun03:/#
        Starting administration console version 7.0.
        The log file for this execution instance is
        /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops/nbjlogs/jbp.root.jnbSA.19271.log

Command line options were:
        /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/jnbSA
