Vorrei leggere foo1 e sostituire colonna da 65 a 70 con $ 2 dal foo2 se
in linea foo1 inizia con V e colonne da 65 a 70 sono vuoti e se le colonne da 22 a 25 nel foo1 partita foo2 da $ 1.

Anche il file foo2 non sembra avere alcun record sepeator e vorrei impostare NR è pari a 80 caratteri.

Quindi il mio file di output sarà simile a
