a quick google came up with this Fedora 10 networking setup is amazingly horrible - FedoraForum.org. the 3rd response should help you as it shows how to disable NetworkManager and use the standard (for red-hat based distro's) network service. Don't forget to edit /etc/sysconfig/networking/ifcfg-eth0 or whatever your card is configured for.
