Kliens - szerver program

Azért jöttem acors ezt a kódolást, ha surfin a net.this kód működik perfectly.but, mint én, hogy ez az új foglalat programozási szükségem van sm coments jegyzett vagy magyarázatot ezt a forráskódot.
Van PRB megértéséhez server.ci hozzászóltál lent
fickók tud u segítsen nekem!
