which condition can make a decision

Does HP UX have Virtual Network Adapter Concept

if ,it has
where I can Find if I Install Virutal Network Adapter
or which command that i can get it
or which software can generate

how to get CPU name

The better option to go with for you would be,

#man lanscan
#man lanadmin
#man netstat

# netstat -in
if nic look like lan0:24 - thats virtual interface

Hi, Does anyone know how can I determine the maximum capable speed on a network interface card for different OS like HP, Sun, AIX and Linux.
