An rpm on HPUX is called a depot file. Go to the HPUX Porting Centre and get what you need there.

redhat package manager itself on HP-UX
sorry i need to install rpm ( redhat package manager itself on HP-UX)

As Jim mentionned, there is not such thing under HPUX , since HPUX uses its SD .
You have to compile and install the REdHat package Manager on HPUX from scratch sorry source ...
