Question Strange FTP problem

Hello

I'm trying to perfrom a FTP between my PC and 11.11 Unix server.
When I'm doing this with a CMD windows I receive :
"Connection closed by remote host" after DIR or GET command but,
mkdir, pwd,... are working.

When I'm using a tool like filezilla on my PC or when I'm doing this ftp from an other UX server, it's working.
I've checked ftpd version, patch, all is fine.

Some ideas ??

Thanks

Hi

you can switch your ftp passive mode.

In Filezilla
Edit-->Settings-->(Connection)Firewall settings->Passive mode

uncheck or check that checkbox, it depends your environment

I hope that helps

Hello

Thanks
Fillezilla is workning.
but I've tried to switch to Passive mode in my Ms-dos Windows but I've the same problem "connection closed.."
It seems that I haven't the permission to receive information from the server.
because mkdir is working but dir not..

I can perform the same FTP from my pc to an other UX server. and it's working fine.
On ms-dos, it's possible to switch to Passive mode by quote "pasv".
But even with the passive mode, I've the same error.
