HP-UX Porting and Archiving Centre | shc-2.4a
Seems binaries are only available for Pa-RISC systems... You are therefore to download the source and do your own compilation...

IA64 can execute PARISC binaries, and ships with most PARISC libraries. However, for best efficiency one should prefer IA64 binaries.
