Can't CD into a folder !!!

Can't CD into a folder !!!
Hi Gys, I need some helps I can see that the directories exist but I can't cd into them and the OS replies me that the folder is not found or something like that, please see below:

drwxr-x--- 2 ciaadm cia 96 Dec 17 2008 tmp

user44@localhost:/opt/app1/user55/ttm
$ cd tmp
ksh: tmp: not found
--------------------------

can you advice?

Hello,

cd /tmp

The "tmp" dir is located at "/tmp"
