Also, pointing the obvious, assuming your server is not the mail gateway for youe whole corporation, check with the mail relay admins. They might not be allowing masquerading at all, in which case you are up the creek without a paddle I'm afraid.

It's been commented out "CE root" but put "CE" there.

For better checking, I attached the sendmail.cf.

Please help to point out the problem.

Difficult to read the zipped sendmail.cf because it is in unix format and I have a M$ browser, but I can just see that the "CE root" line is commented out and there is a "CE" line with no parameters (not sure what this will do).
After commenting out the "CE root" line, did you restart the sendmail daemon to make it read the revised sendmail.cf parameter file?
