HPUx sendmail Question

why is that I need to go to /usr/sbin> in order to run send mail

how can I run sendmail where ever folder I'm in...

e.g. like


/stuff/games/sendmail
ksh: sendmail: not found

/usr/sbin is not in your $PATH variable.
Just specify the full name in the script:
/usr/sbin/sendmail
or
/usr/lib/sendmail

actually I am using mailx but having trouble making the cc (carbon copy) to work... just trying out send mail for alternative mail choice...Unix newbie here

how do you use mailx ?

on shell, after SUBJECT input type .<CR> and you'll be able to use CC:a@b.com,b@b.com,c@c.com .....

hmmm how do you do it on a script? mailx -s "Test" makaveli@domain.com < letter.txt

where do you put the .<CR>?
