Help with ls command
Hi,
I want to list some files in the directory but i want to exclude one file while listing. Say for the following files file.txt file.txt0121212 file.txt4r45454 file.txt23423423 file.txtdaedfadf i want to list files with file.txt* but not file.txt. ls -ltr file.txt* would list file.txt too. I want to exclude file.txt. Would be good if the command is a single liner Thanks in advance Ammu |
