Can't ping printer
In my /etc/hosts I have:
# more /etc/hosts # # Sun Host Database # # If the NIS is running, this file is only consulted when booting # 10.113.15.248 hp8-123 10.113.15.248 hp8 --------- But if I try to ping them I get: # ping hp8-123 no answer from hp8-123 # ping hp8 hp8 is alive # Why would this be? |
