Problem with Queue of the Printer

Guy's

>lpstat -pTOPPRINTER
Queue Dev Status Job Files User PP % Blks Cp Rnk
------- ----- --------- --- ------------------ ---------- ---- -- ----- --- ---
TOPPRIN @TOPP DOWN
QUEUED 251 /tmp/out root 1 1 1
QUEUED 252 /tmp/out root 1 1 2

I'm trying by root to cancel the jobs by this command cancel 251
