Here is the error showing in the XCSF, can anyone recommend further diagnosis for this specific error?;

first thing I would try is to get a service password from oracle (a SR has to be opened to get one) and after that use the clearfault command to reset the error.
also check that all cables to the XSCF are in the right place (serial cable on serial port; network cable on network port).

Thanks for the info.
The procedure that finally solved it was as follows;

To clear service led: Power off the platform, put key in service position,power on platform.
