hello,
my password got lost - and your service to generate new passwords does not work -ive tried it out 50 times the last week or so, never got a single mail from it... please generate a new password for my account "congo" with mailadress. thanks. Thomas |

Hi Thomas,
Our password reset functionality is working correctly. It appears that the problem you are having is due to filtering of incoming mail at you end. Your mail server is accepting all of the mails being sent from UNIX.COM but it appears that they are not being delivered thereafter. Please send an email to unix.com@www.unix.com from your registered address with the temporary password you would like to use until logged in, or alternatively if you have one, an alternate email address and I will update your account accordingly. |
