Hi Thomas,

Our password reset functionality is working correctly. It appears that the problem you are having is due to filtering of incoming mail at you end. Your mail server is accepting all of the mails being sent from UNIX.COM but it appears that they are not being delivered thereafter.

Please send an email to unix.com@www.unix.com from your registered address with the temporary password you would like to use until logged in, or alternatively if you have one, an alternate email address and I will update your account accordingly.

Your mail was simply tagged as being attempted spamming becasue the address and the sending domain do no match, and the sending mail server address does not have a SPF dns record to indicate that it is a valid relay for your mail.
