I am looking into this. On each occasion you have tried something, the mail has been successfully sent and accepted for delivery by your mail server, and you should have received it.

Your account has also been successfully activated.

Can you make sure that you clear your cookies then try again to log in using your existing account. It has been our experience that cookies are generally responsible for these type of problem. In the meantime I will try to see if there is anything that I can do from here.

I cleared cookies, tried re-logining in and it kicks me out the the permission denied menu...has my profile permissions been changed. I sent you email of the menu that keeps returning back to me.

Please advise. Thanks

I tried with the password you sent and it does the same. I cleared cookies, and tried relogin and it kicks me out. I tried on 2 different computers to login and get the same, so it has to be my user profile permissions. Please advise.
