Notice that your account name says "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation". That is the group your account is in. You are placed in that group when you change your email address. To get it back to "Registered Users" you need to follow the directions in the activation email that was sent to you when you changed your email address.

If you lost that email, you can request another copy of the activation email: resend activation information

Post again if this doesn't help you.

I see what happened. I changed my email address so I would stop getting the email notifications everytime someone posted to a thread that I responded to. I used an invalid email address since it required I use one. Please allow me to select another email address since I cannot change it myself since I cannot access the invalid email address.

Also, since my attempty at stopping the email notifications was not sufficient, can you let me know how I go about stopping the email notifications? I like subscribing to threads so I know which ones I have commented on but I just dont like all the email noticiations everytime someone posts to them.

Go to User CP -> Edit Options
and change "default thread subscription mode" to "do not subscribe" or "no email notification" depending on what you want.

For the threads currently subscribed, Go to User CP -> List Subscriptions
Click the check box in the title which has the same effect as clicking the check box in each subscription. Then at the bottom, pick whatever you want from the drop-down list.

To change your email,
Go To User CP -> "Change email and password"

I'm not sure how much of this can be done with your account in its current state. If you can't change your email, PM me with a new email address and I will change your email address. Then you can use that resend activation email link to get the reactivation email.

mhm4, please do not post your email id anywhere in the posts. I will send Perderabo a PM with the email id.
