Unhappy register unsuccessfully

Hello Neo,
I am trying to register me but unfortunately I have the message "The username you entered as your referrer could not be located".
Please, I should appreciate you to help with the rules to username.

When you register, there is a field called "user who refered you" or something like that. Simply leave it blank.
