Dead SCSI drive

I have 2 dead SCSI drives. Can anyone tell me a good way to repair the disks??? Please!

Most modern micro-electronics is cheaper to replace than to mend.

Of course, you have a backup of the valuable data from your harddisk?

If not, you may have be able to find a specialist who can recover the data but that will cost alot of money.
