Su slice2 (todo el espacio en disco) muestra sólo 20G de la tabla de particiones.
¿Te ha hacer un clon o al menos no ha asignado los restantes no utilizados a cualquier tamaño de la partición durante la instalación? No estoy seguro si puede extenderse más allá de esto ahora, y temo que usted puede perder sus datos si intenta purgar el disco para recuperar su volumen original de 300g

usted puede usar "fdisk" para hacer uso del resto de su disco duro ... añadir una nueva partición para uso de Solaris. no trate de hacer crecer su partición existente!

i acaba de instalar un montón de servidores de x4200m2 sol con solarisx86 y he de usar fdisk mucho .

Ouch.
Usted no puede tener más de una partición Solaris/Solaris2. Puede hacer que su sistema no arranca.

Establecer la partición 2 tipo a otra cosa y crear una piscina ZFS en él si está ejecutando Solaris 10. Si no está, puede crear una partición en ufs c3d0p2 pero eso no es sencillo.

Edit: sólo notado su partición raíz se encuentra en ZFS, por lo que son definitivamente el uso de Solaris 10u6 o Solaris Express, por lo que acaba de crear una piscina ZFS y ya está.
