Emergency UNIX and Linux Support

Hi! We have two HP-UX 11.23. I created VG on host A, exported and imported it on host B, but when I try to mount any LV I get "unrecognized vxfs version" version error. Could anyone please suggest something I can do in this situation? I tried to import VG back to host A and I successfully mounted LV. fstyp shows unknow_fstyp. I tried to run fsck -V vxfs but with no success... Any comments and ideas are greatly appreciated!

You created a (hope new)..) VG on host A -> how? with what commands?
I would start by looking at another VG and see what your command used display (I have no 11.23 under my hands...) Is your box a RX or RP series? (Itanium or PA-RISC...)

What is the version of VxFS on both boxes ? Give output from both boxes -

vgdisplay vg_name

May be from here, we can start troubleshooting it.

Are you seeing the physical volume on system 2? (via SAM or IRM? )
