I have downloaded and install debian in computer it is blinking cursor what this mean?

it is not taking input so how it will wait?

It may mean the bootloader isn't working. Is your computer UEFI? It's difficult for me to give any specific answer to this sort of problem, when the only symptom is "doesn't work".

That's something you need to look up before you install. Most modern consumer PC's are UEFI. Does the computer boot normally from its own hard drive?

no i use usb and change setting from bios...

Cursor is blinking (slightly) while loading page in Firefox, or during scrolling a window. I tried some variants of linux (gnome permanently) and of course my solaris. May be an artifact of X-window? I've just completed a fresh install of HP-UX 11.0 on my 712/80 and everything starts up fine until it gets to the point where X kicks off and I believe at this point is supposed to launch into the CDE login.
