Opher Blogs on CEP / ESP / EP / DSM and More TLAs
Mark Palmer
Sun, 09 Sep 2007 08:51:36 -0500 Good news that Opher Etzion is live in the blogosphere with his new blog at epthinking.blogspot.com. Opher, of course, is from IBM and is intimately involved in the evolution of the CEP community. We met a number of years ago and talked about creating the event processing technology council, which is thriving today. The post that caught my eye today was on his brief history of event processing terms which is very good and gets it very close to our own way of thinking. In a nascent technology area like event processing, it's really good to get everyone on the same blog page about the terms and what they mean. I'm sure I'll be referring to Opher's posts quite regularly in this blog here. Source... |
