is there a way to display all subdirectories BUT NOT files? I need also to see the hidden subdirectories..pls...can you help?

There are many ways but not all are the same.What actions are you taking to get also to see the hidden subdirectories?

ls -a to list hidden files but i want subdirectories ONLY...
