uninstall NIM

Hello

I have a NIM installation on a production server database. I know that this is not the best. for that I want to uninstall the nim and put on another machine.

Im not install this NIM on the production server.

My question is only uninstall with smitty and delete the filesystems and thatīs all. I have to consider something else. because its a production server

I appreciate your tips

Thanks in advance

As long as you did not mix NIM filesystems with others there should be no problem removing NIM from the production server.
# smitty nim_unconfig
# installp -ugx bos.sysmgt.nim.master
# rm -rf <your_nim_filesystems>
Create the new NIM master first, if you want to transfer NIM resources from the old master.
