Angry Printer Queue not getting created

When I try to create first print queue in this system with the command line argument, find the output also...

# /usr/lib/lpd/pio/etc/piomkjetd mkpq_jetdirect -p 'generic' -D pcl -q 'AR06_Workcenter_32' -h 'AR06_Workcenter_32' -x '9100'
0782-606 /usr/lib/lpd/pio/etc/piomgpdev: Error 'A file or directory in the path name does not exist.' in opening the file /var/spool/lpd/pio/@local/dev/hp@AR06_Workcenter_32#hpJetDirect#9100
0782-336 Cannot open file /var/spool/lpd/pio/@local/custom/AR06_Workcenter_32:hp@AR06_Workcenter_3
The errno (error number) from the open system call is 2
Check the error number.
#

I observed that the folder "/var/spool/lpd/pio/@local" doesn't exist. Can somebody suggest.

Regards,
Giridhara
