What's meaning of "POWER" in diag command.?

I ran 'diag' command to verify disk follow the below steps.

DIAG------?task selection-------ssa service aid-----Link verification

I found that there are 3 types of status. (Good, Failed and Power).

scp2: pdisk19 D657E7A9 1 15 Power
scp2: pdisk28 D69E6735 2 14 Power
scp2: pdisk16 D657D9A0 3 13 Power
scp2: pdisk18 D657E76D 4 12 Power

scp2: pdisk21 D657E82E 6 10 Power
scp2: pdisk29 D69E6745 7 9 Power
scp1:ssa1:A 8 8
scp2: pdisk25 D69E58E3 9 7 Power

What's the meaning of "Power" status? What's difference between good and power? Please some guys who know answer me.
