I am searching "sftp, secureftp" but it was difficult to find binary code to install, but ssh is very common.

Once I configured ssh , I can use secureftp. correct ??

To enable using secureftp on AIX 4.3.3, firstly, what should I do ?

You need these too

AIX 4.3.3 is documented along with newer versions of AIX. Once you have SSH you will have the ability to use SCP.
