We are not able to delete a file

-rwxrwxrwx    1 xyz              1 Jun 18 20:49 abc.lck

here xyz is the owner, i am logged in with owner credentials only .And also tried deleting as root user. But getting same error like below..

Code:
rm: 0653-609 Cannot remove abc.lck.
Invalid file system control data detected.

Please let me know how can I delete this. It's pretty urgent, please advice if you know how to get it resolve asap

You may not have write permission to the parent directory.

This looks like your filesystem is corrupted! umount it and run fsck against it if possible.
