How to recover deleted files in AIX ?

Been awhile since I played with AIX, but most UNIX varients don't have a undelete command. You would have to restore any files from backups, if you have them OR reinstall from either your installation cd or from another server running the same software (if they system files - data files would have to be restored from backups).
