Showing login alerts.

Hello all, i need to set some kind of config to display a message on prompt when a user account is locked, i mean i need to inform to the user that he cannot login because account is locked, somehow change the common:

Permission denied, please try again. message for

"your user account has been locked, please contact your administrator"

so users don't request a password change, they would just ask for the admin to reset failed login counts.

Thanks all.
