You will have to read a lot of Performance Management documentation then. There are IBM Redbooks about this topic.

If you have concrete output with data in it, we can have a look at it. Though a vmstat output taken at peak times for a first impression might be more appropriate.

There is also a user document that comes with Stephen Atkin's Excel Graph interpreter that explains what all this information means.

If someone just gave you the spreadsheet then look here to get the full package that includes the documentation.
